When a truck, trailer, driver, or employee is out of service, it can disrupt operations and impact your business's efficiency. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to handle such situations and resolve them effectively:
- Check Tasks on your HR Dashboard and make sure it is as close to 0 as possible
- if it is a specific driver that is out-of-service check the following:
- Safety Records Menu>Personnel/Fleet>Driver>Perform action (on selected driver)>Safety Records
- Check for expired dates on Records or Annual Review of Records and update to a future date
- Select Submit & your driver is automatically back to In service
- Edit Profile Menu>Personnel/Fleet>Driver>Perform action (on selected driver)>Edit Profile
- Check for Medical Examiners Physical Expiration Date on Step 1 and make sure this is set as a future date
- Make sure to put your driver back to In service on step 5
- Safety Records Menu>Personnel/Fleet>Driver>Perform action (on selected driver)>Safety Records
- if it is a specific truck or trailer that is out-of-service check the following:
- Maintenance that is due but not completed
- expired dates on truck/trailer profile
- Registration:
- IFTA (Over 26,001 GCWR Only):
- Highway Tax 2290 Form
- Physical Insurance:
- Liability Insurance:
- Cargo Insurance:
- Additional Expiry Items
- Maintenance that is due but not completed
