How to add records for drivers

Please follow the instructions below for adding records on Axis TMS.

1. Login to Axis TMS: Access the Axis TMS system using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Driver Management Section

3. Hit Perform Action on Selected Driver
4. Select "Safety Record"
   
5. There is a possibility of adding Annual Records (MVR Records)
   
6. Records that can be selected from the dropdown or Your Own
