Here are the general steps to un-assign a shipment from a driver in Axis TMS:

Log In: Access the Axis TMS platform using your credentials.

Access the Shipment: You can search for the shipment on the Order Management Dashboard or Order Management > Running Orders

Perform Action: Once you've located the shipment, hit Perform Action and select Un-Assign
- Your load moved from Running Orders to Pending Orders awaiting to be assigned to a different truck / Driver
