How to view the status of all trucks (Dispatch)

1. Log In to Axis TMS: Access your Axis TMS account by entering your credentials and logging in.

2. Navigate to the Dispatch Section: Look for a menu option labeled "Dispatch" and select Truck Monitor 

3. Truck List : This list includes information such as:

   • Truck ID 
   • Trailer ID(hooked to that truck)
   • Assigned to
   • Current Location
   • Next Available
   • Engine Stats (this feature works with ELD integration)
   • speed (this feature works with ELD integration)
   • Ownership
     
     
     

4. Filter and Sort: You have the option to filter and sort the truck list. Filters include:

   • Find by location
   • First name
   • Truck ID
   • All truck type
   • All Status

5. View Truck Details: To get more information about a specific truck, Click on the "Perform Action" Button on the Action

6. Color Codes or Icons: 

   1. Orange is covered
   2. Green is available
   3. red not available
