How to view the status of all trailers (Dispatch)

1. Log In to Axis TMS: Access your Axis TMS account by entering your credentials and logging in.

2. Navigate to the Dispatch Section: Look for a menu option labeled "Dispatch" and select Trailer Monitor 

3. Trailer List : This list includes information such as:

   • Trailer ID
   • Truck ID
   • Driver ID
   • Next Available
   • Make
   • Model
   • Ownership
     
     
     

4. Filter and Sort: You have the option to filter and sort the trailer list. Filters include:

   • Find by location
   • Customer name
   • driver's first name
   • Trailer ID
   • Make
   • Model
   • All Type
   • Select Status

5. View Trailer Details: To get more information about a specific truck, Click on the "Perform Action" Button on the Action

1. Color Codes or Icons: 

   1. Orange is hooked
   2. Green is available
   3. red not available
   4. blue dropped
