How to add custom fuel surcharge rates

To add custom fuel surcharge rates in Axis TMS, first you need to configure the system settings. Here is a general guideline on how you can do this:

  1. Access Your Axis TMS System:

    • Log in to your Axis TMS account with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Settings Menu :

    • Select yes on Enable fuel FSC on order create and locations profiles

  3. Location:
    You can activate custom fuel surcharge for particular locations which will appear on your order and invoice when the stop is selected

     

     

 

4.Select Generate Fuel Surcharge when creating the order
