How to revert a canceled order / load back to its previous stage

Reverting a canceled order or load back to its previous stage in Axis TMS is a process that puts a canceled order back to the running status. Please follow below for reverting a canceled load

1. Access Axis TMS:

   • Log in to your Axis TMS account with your credentials.

2. Locate the Canceled Order/Load:

   • Navigate to Canceled Orders off the Menu>Order Management>Canceled Orders
   • Find the order
   • Hit perform action and select Restore Order
