How to customize order create selections

Axis TMS (Transportation Management System) is a software platform used for managing transportation and logistics operations. Below is the guidance of how to customize order create selections for your needs:

1. Access the TMS Platform:

   • Log in to the Axis TMS platform using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings > System Settings : 

   Select how you wish to customize the order create for your needs, once the options are saved the order create page will be modified.

   Rename Pickup & Delivery stops to Origin & Destination:
   Replace commodity with fuel products on order create:
   Replace commodities with Syngenta products and apply the proper mobile app modifications:
   Enable fuel base rates on order create and locations profiles:
   Enable fuel FSC on order create and locations profiles: 
   Use previous week diesel price value for fuel surcharge calculation:
   Rename pending assignments to waiting for dispatch:
   Rename scheduled orders to dispatched and sent:
   View auto-dispatched orders as scheduled:
   Enable supplier entry on order create:
   Enable lift entry on order create:
   Enable Inventory Holder on order create:
   Enable Petroex on order create:
   Enable PO Number:
   Enable stop 1 to always be a pickup stop:
   Enable stop 2 to always be a delivery stop:
   Enable Block ID on order create:
   Enable Trip ID on order create:
   Enable Operator ID on order create:
   Enable Trip Type on order create:
   Require reference # to be entered on order create:
   Hide charge types:
   Auto send documents to customer once approved:
   Display date warning message when assigning loads:
   When drivers send documents allow the driver reference # to be edited:
   Allow to update arrival and departure at the same time:
   Remove the delete order button from running & completed orders:
   Allow to complete running orders in one click:
   Display 80% load identifier when creating orders:
   Enable company owned trailers to auto pay drivers 70% instead of preset percentage:
   Enable existing reference warning on order create/edit:
   Enable check box for paperwork to be submitted at each stop by driver to order create:

   Rename pickup & delivery number to "Booking/SO#":
