How to setup your Checkr Add-on
1. 1st Configure Checker Add-on by going to add-on Modules by clicking Connect to Checkr.

2. In your Checkr Account, please navigate to Account Settings and then click on Developer Settings.
3. Look for “Production” and click on “Show API Key”
4. Copy the API key and paste it on Production API Key on Axis TMS Add-on Modules.

5. Send an email to supportnow@axistms.com or call your Axis TMS Account Manager to
activate your Checkr account add-on. (Axis TMS will validate with Checkr to complete
your setup.)
6. Once your Checker account has been validated , you will be able to run Background and
MVR Checks.
7. To run Background checks or MVR checks, go on the driver’s profile and click on step 2.
8. Download the Blank Consent form.
9. Have the driver sign the form.
10. Upload the Signed Consent Form.
11. Then click on “Connect to Checkr”
12. Once you have processed your Background or MVR check you will receive a new Task
once your results come in.
