Active Orders & Acceptance

Accepting orders from the mobile app

• Active Orders
  Once a driver has been assigned to an order, the order will appear on Active Orders section of the home page.

• Starting an Order
  • The driver must click Start on the order they wish to start.
  • Drivers can start multiple orders (we advise that a driver has one order dispatched after an order to keep track of empty miles correctly.
    
    

• Updating an Order
  To update an order select “update” on the order you wish to update.
  • You must arrive yourself at a stop before entering in the pickup information.Once arrived at stop one you can enter in the loaded information
