We have updated our user interface when sending invoices and sending batches.
Once you click send invoice you will be required to select either send to customer or send to factor.
Once you make a selection select how you want to send your invoice, either by email or by fax and the system will automatically send it out.
After clicking merge files you have the ability to preview and download the invoice.
Clicking preview will open the invoice with all the attachments attached on a new tab.
Once you select the orders you wish to batch select processes as batch, once you select merge documents you will be able to preview and download the match before clicking process batch.
Once you process your batch it will appear on the billing dashboard.
