Where to find this feature: Driver App > Make Request > Request Reimbursement (Mobile App)
Payroll > Reimbursement Requests (Web End)
Summary: Drivers are now able to request reimbursements with the mobile app, when a driver requests reimbursement they are required to upload the following information:
- Request Name
- Amount
- Driver Name (Auto populated)
- Driver Phone # (Auto populated)
- Driver Email (Auto populated)
- Transaction Date
- Reason
- Receipt / Proof Documentation
After a driver has made a reimbursement request if approved or declined it will notify the driver via push notification and message.
If a reimbursement request has been approved it will automatically push to the drivers payroll as an addition.
