Summary: We have added mobile app system requirements, system requirements will notify the driver what needs to be enabled for the mobile app to work without any issues.
- Verify camera for document scanning
- If not enabled you will not be able to scan documents
- Verify storage for document scanning
- If not enabled you will not be able to save any scanned documents
- Verify your location for GPS update
- If not enabled tracking will not send any updates to the web end
- Verify push notifications
- If not enabled drivers will not receive any push notifications such as new orders assigned, maintenance schedules and safety alerts
- Outdated Mobile App
- If drivers see this message this means there is a new app available and they need to update the mobile app.
Please make sure your drivers have all the system requirements enabled so they do not experience any issues.
