We have fixed the following bugs / issues :
- Payroll
- We have fixed payroll not calculating detention after adding the rate after payroll has been processed.
- Owner operators are not listed in alphabetical order.
- Email Notification Alerts
- We have placed a fix the date on system update emails when un-doing stops it no longer says 1970
- Assign Load to External Carrier
- We have placed a fix where it was not showing the names of external carriers added to your account on order assign.
- Triumph
- We have placed a fix when clicking submit to triumph on ready to invoice multiple times really fast, it no longer sends multiple batches to triumph instead only sends one.
- Pending Orders Page
- We have placed a fix when searching by a reference number with letters in it not showing split loads, now it does.
- Creating Customer
- We have placed a fix when creating a new customer on order create, you can now select "Bill to Factor" yes or no directly from order create > add customer instead of going to locations and adding a customer.
- System Settings
- When selecting allow dispatch employees to see drivers, trucks & trailers now they will also be able to see "My Carriers" if broker account.
- Broker Settings
- We have placed a fix so the correct staff users are allowed to upload a broker logo on broker settings.
- Driver Profiles
- We have placed a fix on minimum qualification date showing random date.
- We have also removed the requirement if "No" is selected you can still proceed to the next steps.
- We have placed a fix on minimum qualification date showing random date.
- EFS
- We have placed a fix on EFS FTP drops, we have worked very closely with EFS on getting this issue resolved. If you are still not receiving EFS reports please contact support so we can make sure your account is configured correctly with EFS
- Trailer #
- We have placed a fix when entering in custom trailer numbers from the mobile app, it will now appear on the order view & reports.
- Notice of Assignment Invoicing
- We have placed a fix for the notice of assignment, previously if u included multiple lines it made it into 1 line on the invoice, now it will match and be multiple lines.
- Billing Templates
- We have placed a fix when sending invoices via email to display the order reference on the header of the email and also in the subject.
- Driver Safety Record
- We have placed a fix on the driver safety record page, now when you edit a previous record the date will not change unless changed.
- Annual Drug Test Due
- We have placed a fix on annual drug test due tasks, you can now edit and complete them directly from the tasks section.
- Truck Monitor Maintenance
- We have placed a fix when trying to schedule maintenance from the truck monitor page, it was previously not display odometer reading and now it is.
- Sort Loads Issues
- We have placed an update on pending orders and running orders to be sorted by next stop date & time instead of by order number. (Now it will always display which load requires the next action first on the list)
- Loaded Mileage
- We have placed a fix on completed orders when adding additional stops, now it will re calculate all of the mileage according to the new stops.
